Primary fermentation was done yesterday, so today I rack into the secondary fermenter. The beer looks and smells good with plenty of yeast. Must have been very well aerated and produced a huge crop. Sanetized everything and completed the transfer smoothly.

This is where I record my adventures in Beer brewing, mead making and the formulation of other liquors. This is a great hobby as it combines many interests of mine in physics, chemistry, biology, cooking, and, perhaps the most important, consumption of alcoholic beverages.
